November 23 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's NLB Banka Banja Luka, a subsidiary of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) plans to distribute a dividend of 622.65 marka ($358.6/218.4 euro) in 2021, after skipping dividend payout last year.
NLB Banka Banja Luka plans to distribute as dividend 38.6 million marka from undistributed profit generated in 2018, 2019 and 2020, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general shareholders meeting of NLB Banka Banja Luka scheduled for December 6.
NLB Banka Banja Luka's net profit fell to 22 million marka last year from 32.8 million marka in 2019. In 2019, the lender distributed a dividend of 586.6 marka per share.
The bank is based in Banja Luka, the main city of Bosnia's Serb Republic entity. The Slovenian banking group has another subsidiary in Bosnia - NLB Banka based in Sarajevo, in the Federation entity, which together with the Serb Republic makes up Bosnia and Herzegovina.
