April 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnian road construction company Niskogradnja Laktasi said that it has suspended the subscription for a new bond issue planned in the amount of 2.5 million marka ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro).
The subscription was put on hold due to amendments that have to be made to the prospectus to reflect new information and circumstances that have emerged, the company said in a statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on Wednesday.
No further details were provided in the statement.
Niskogradnja opened subscription for the new bond issue on February 17. The subscription period was set to close on May 17.
The insurer was offering 2,500 bonds of 1,000 marka in par value each to investors on the BLSE. The bonds have a maturity of 90 months and bear annual interest of 4.2%.
