May 3 (SeeNews) - Bosnian road construction company Niskogradnja Laktasi said that its 2.5 million marka ($1.34 million/1.28 million euro) bond issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 2,500 securities of 1,000 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on May 4, Niskogradnja Laktasi said in a statement last week.
The debt paper has a maturity of 90 months and bears annual interest of 4.2%.
This is the Niskogradnja Laktasi's third bond issue to be listed on the BLSE. Two bond issues of the company worth 8.85 million marka combined were listed on the Banja Luka bourse earlier this year.
