November 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] said on Monday its shareholders have approved a proposed capital increase by 2 million marka ($1.2 million/1 million euro) through a new share issue, to be subscribed by local food and drinks producer Fructa Trade, which already owns a 9.8% stake in the bank.
Nasa Banka intends to issue 2 million new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, it said in a bourse filing.
Following the planned share issue, which would be the bank's tenth so far, Nasa Banka's equity capital will amount to 25.8 million marka.
Nasa Banka's shares last traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on March 1, when they closed unchanged at 0.435 marka.
