August 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] said that its capital increase procedure has failed as no investor subscribed for its issue of new share.
Nasa Banka offered to investors 4,225,000 ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, with subscription open from June 14 to July 27, the bank said in a bourse filing on Friday.
