November 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] increased its capital by 4.225 million marka ($2.24 million/2.16 million euro) through a new share issue, the lender said on Friday.
The bank issued 4,225,000 new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, Nasa Banka said in a bourse filing.
Prior to the transaction, Nasa Banka's capital totalled 25.8 million marka, divided into 25,832,313 shares with a par value of 1 marka each.
In July, Nasa Banka said that a procedure to raise its capital by 4.225 million marka failed as no investor subscribed for its issue of new shares.
Nasa Banka's shares last traded on the Banja Luka stock exchange on November 7, closing 45.57% higher at 0.46 marka.
