January 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's brokerage firm Monet Broker said on Thursday it has sold 304,908 shares in local lender Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] for a total of 201,239 marka ($109,162/102,892 euro).
Monet Broker sold the shares at a price of 0.66 marka apiece in a transaction which took place on December 29, it said in filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

Monet Broker held a 3.01% stake in Nasa Banka on December 29, data from the Banja Luka bourse shows. Nasa Banka's total share capital is divided into 19,832,313 shares with a par value of 1 marka each.
According to data from BLSE, local construction company Keso-Gradnja is the largest shareholder in Nasa Banka with a 29.38% stake, followed by Serbian company Galens Invest with 20.6% and local company Pavgord with a 20.3% stake.
