SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Taurus said on Thursday it sold 445,000 marka ($238,600/227,500 euro) worth of four-year notes, below its 700,000 marka target.

The company sold 4,450 notes at a price of 100 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

The notes will bear an annual interest of 6.5%, MKD Taurus said in an earlier filing.

MKD Taurus placed two bond issues of 700,000 marka each in 2020 and 2018.
