March 23 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Taurus said on Thursday it sold 1 million marka ($556,099/511,292 euro) worth of notes, in line with target.
The company sold 1,000 notes at a price of 1,000 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The notes mature in three-and-a-half years and will bear annual interest of 6.5%, according to an earlier filing.
