September 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Privrednik [BANJ:MKPR-R-A] said on Friday it raised 1.5 million marka ($821,926/766,938 euro) from the sale of a new issue of three-year notes.
The company sold 15,000 notes at a price of 100 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The notes will bear annual interest of 7%, MKD Privrednik said in an earlier filing.
