August 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said on Wednesday it is offering for sale a 1.5 million marka ($904,000/767,000 euro) bond issue to investors on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
The subscription for the three-year bond will start on August 24 and will close 10 days later, MKD Credis said in a statement.
The offer comprises 1,500 bonds of 1,000 marka in nominal value each. The bonds carry an annual coupon of 6%.
The issue's success threshold is set at 60%.
This will be the sixth bond issue of Banja Luka-based MKD Credis. The company last sold out a 800,000 marka issue of three-year bonds in December.
