September 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said on Friday that its 1.6 million marka ($875,229/818,067 euro) three-year note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 1,600 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on September 12, MKD Credis said in a statement.
The securities will mature on September 5, 2026. They bear an annual interest rate of 6% paid semi-annually, according to the bond prospectus filed with the BLSE.
