SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said on Friday that its 1.2 million marka ($624,500/613,600 euro) three-year note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 1,200 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on August 9, MKD Credis said in a statement.
The securities will mature on August 1, 2025. They bear an annual interest rate of 6% paid semi-annually, according to the bond prospectus filed with the BLSE.
