November 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said on Friday that its 2 million marka ($1.19 million/1 million euro) three-year bond issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 2,000 bonds of 1,000 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on November 9, Elektrokrajina said in a statement.
The securities will mature on October 15, 2024. They carry an annual interest rate of 6% paid semiannually, according to the bond prospectus filed with the BLSE.
This is the seventh bond issue of Banja Luka-based MKD Credis. The company sold out a 1.5 million marka issue of three-year bonds in September 2020.
