June 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnian trade company MG Mind increased its stakeholding in Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB-R-E] to 24.2% from 21%, local media reported on Friday.
MG Mind bought 4.3 million shares at a price of 0.6 marka ($0.34/0.30 euro) per share, or a total of 2.6 million marka, news portal indikator.ba reported.

The company bought the shares from civil engineering company Integral Inzenjering Banja Luka, which, following the deal, is no longer a shareholder in the bank.
Nova Banka's shares last traded on the Banja Luka stock echange on Tuesday at a price of 0.6 marka per share, unchanged from Monday's close.
