December 13 (SeeNews) - Bosnian marketing agency Masta, owned by Sarajevo-based foundation Mozaik, has acquired an 11.2% stake in local investment fund Prof Plus for 2 million marka ($1.2 million/1 million euro), local media reported.
Masta purchased 568,400 shares in Prof Plus in a total of seven transactions on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on December 6, news provider Indikator reported on Saturday.

Masta bought the shares at an average price of 3.57 marka apiece, bourse data showed.
The marketing agency is currently the fourth largest shareholder in Prof Plus, following investment fund BIG-Investiciona Grupa with a 24.98% stake, furniture maker Naprijed with 14.86% and investment fund Crobih with 13.05%.
