February 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnian furniture maker Interlignum said on Monday it is inviting investors to subscribe for a new issue of five-year notes worth 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro).
The company will issue 20,000 securities with a par value of 100 marka each, it said in a public invitation published on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange's website.
The notes will bear annual interest of 6% paid in monthly installments.
The subscription period will start on March 6 and will end on April 4.
Interlignum was founded in 2002 by local businessman Stojko Petkovic, who is sole owner of the company.
