June 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnian civil engineering company Integral Inzenjering plans to complete by November 15 a project for the overhaul of a section of the motorway linking Serbia's capital Belgrade to the Croatian border, a company official said.
Integral Inzenjering is doing its best to complete the works by November 15, as stipulated in the contract, the director of the Serbian unit of the company, Mitar Vukovic, said on Tuesday, as quoted in a statement by Serbia's infrastructure ministry.
"Today, I talked with the contractors and the investor about the pace of the works because I am not satisfied with it," infrastructure minister Zorana Mihajlovic said after a meeting with Vukovic.
The reconstruction of a 5 km section of the motorway starting from the border crossing will be completed by July 1, Mihajlovic said.
Serbia started in August a 16.5 million euro ($18.5 million) project for the overhaul of the 21.6 km section between Kuzmin and Batrovci, on the border with Croatia.
