January 13 (SeeNews) - The government of Bosnia's Federation said it gave preliminary consent to the entity's environment ministry to grant an energy licence to local renewable energy company Imres for the construction of a 125.4 MW wind farm.
The Siroka Draga wind farm will consist of 19 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.6 MW, the Federation's government said in a press release on Thursday.
The planned wind farm will have an estimated output of 403 GWh per year. It will be built on the Kamesnica mountain, between the municipalities of Livno and Tomislavgrad.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
