December 13 (SeeNews) - Bosnian postal operator Hrvatska Posta Mostar said it has signed an agreement with local construction company Promark to build a postal and logistics centre worth 6.8 million marka ($3.9 million/3.5 million euro), VAT excluded.
The new facility is expected to improve transport access and business connections with consumers in the country, as well as create new jobs, Hrvatska Posta Mostar said in a press release on Friday.
Hrvatska Posta Mostar is one of three postal operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating mainly in the Federation entity. The other two postal operators in the country are BH Posta and Poste Srpske.
Croatian postal operator Croatian Post owns 37.24% interest in Hrvatska Posta Mostar.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other entity.
