December 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnian oil products distributor Hifa Petrol increased its shareholding interest in local hydraulic equipment supplier Pobjeda Tesanj [SAJ:PBJTRK1] to 17.1866% from 8.0833% following a tender offer, Bosnia's Federation registry of securities said.
A total of 12 shareholders of Pobjeda Tesanj holding 42,714 shares among themselves accepted Hifa Petrol's offer, according to a filing submitted to the Sarajevo Stock Exchange by the securities registry on Thursday.

Hifa Petrol offered to pay 6.80 marka ($3.7/3.5 euro) per each Pobjeda Tesanj share in the takeover offer launched in October.
In the offer, Hifa Petrol acted together with Ahmed Ahmetic, who holds a 11.7% stake in Pobjeda Tesanj, Muharem Ahmetic who has a 10.2% shareholding, and Ibrahim Hozic with a 10.1% stake.
Pobjeda Tesanj's share capital of 18.8 million marka is divided into 469,215 shares of 40 marka in par value each.
Pobjeda Tesanj's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on November 23, closing 1.53% lower at 11.6 marka.
