December 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnian hydro power producer Hidroelektrane na Drini [BANJ:HEDR-R-A] said its shareholders approved a plan to acquire Comsar Rudo hotel from Cyprus-based energy producer Comsar Hydro Holding Limited for 1.15 million euro ($1.2 million).
Hidroelektrane na Drini's shareholders voted in favour of the proposed acquisition at a meeting held on December 5, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Comsar Rudo is located in the municipality of Rudo.
Hidroelektrane na Drini's shares closed 2.76% higher at 0.298 marka on the Banja Luka bourse on Tuesday. They did not trade at opening on Wednesday.
