SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), July 23 (SeeNews) – The Banking Agency of Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation said it has launched a liquidation procedure against the local Hercegovacka Banka after revoking its operational license.
The liquidation process was launched as the bank has failed to meet the minimum required conditions for its operation, the Banking Agency said in a statement dated July 12.
The bank’s creditors should report their claims within 60 days after the publication of the Agency’s decision in the Federation’s Official Gazette.
Hercegovacka Banka is located in Mostar, in the Federation, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
