January 21 (SeeNews) - Bosnian closed-end investment fund Herbos Fond sold part of its 6.57% stake in local metal processing company Unis [SASE:UMISRK2] in an auction on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE), SASE said.
At the January 20 bourse auction, Herbos sold 125,920 of a total of 168,960 Unis shares it offered investors at 6.05 marka ($3.4/3.1 euro) apiece, SASE said on its website on Monday.

The name of the buyer was not announced.
Following the sale, Herbos holds 1.67% of Unis.
This was Herbos's second attempt to sell its holdings in Unis, after an auction of Unis shares at 6.50 marka each on January 15 failed to draw any buyers.
Unis's capital is divided into 2.57 million shares of 10.70 marka in par value each.
As of January 17, Mostar-based Herbos Fond was the second largest Unis shareholder, following local individual Behada Gradascevic with 90.73%, while the remainder was owned by smaller shareholders, bourse data showed.
Unis shares last traded on the SASE on October 31, closing 50% lower at 2.01 marka.
