SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 15 (SeeNews) – The government of Bosnia's Serb Republic said it has consented the conclusion of a deal between local gas company Gas-Res and Russia's Gazprom SPG to set up a joint venture.
The two gas companies plan to carry out joint investment and commercial activities via their joint venture, the entity's government said following its regular session on Thursday.
The president of the Serb Republic, Milorad Dodik, earlier said that the new company will be based in Zvornik.
Zvornik is a city on the Drina river in the north-eastern part of the Serb Republic, one of two entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Federation.
