SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 10 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation said on Wednesday it has decided that a concession should be awarded for the construction of the 39 kilometer Doboj Jug- Zepce motorway section.
The concession will be awarded through an international tender, the entity's government said in a statement.
The government also said that state-owned motorway company Autoceste FBiH has signed a deal with the International Finance Corporation for consultancy services on the implementation of the infrastructure project.
The road section is part of pan-European transport Corridor Vc which links the Hungarian capital Budapest with the Croatian Adriatic port of Ploce via Bosnia.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
