September 6 (SeeNews) - The tax administration of Bosnia's Federation said on Wednesday it collected 4.96 billion marka ($2.7 billion/2.5 billion euro) in taxes in the first eight months of the year, up 18.45% year-on-year.
Personal income tax revenue amounted to 450.8 million marka, whereas revenue from social contributions totalled 3.4 billion marka in the January-August period, the entity's tax administration said in a statement.
In 2022, the tax administration of the Federation collected 6.4 billion marka in taxes. up 13.72% compared with a year earlier.
The Federation is one of two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
