June 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Federation government said on Friday it will auction up to 50 million marka ($29 million/26 million euro) worth of 1-year Treasury bills, in order to finance this year's budget spending.
Under the decision, the Federation will offer for sale 5,000 T-bills of 10,000 marka in par value each, the government said in a statement.
The auction will take place on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange, with the Federation's finance ministry due to inform the public about the date of the auction no later then seven days prior to the planned sale.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
