September 27 (SeeNews) - The net electricity production of Bosnia's Federation decreased to 729 GWh in August from 914 GWh in the same month of 2018, the entity's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, however, the electricity output rose from July's 677 GWh, the Federation's statistical office said in a statement.
The entity's electricity imports dropped to 30 GWh in August from 82 GWh in the corresponding month last year, while exports fell to 211 GWh from 273 GWh.
Month-on-month, the Federation's electricity imports plummeted 85.2% in August, while exports dropped 12.8%.
Net electricity output fell to 5,606 GWh in the first eight months, from 6,069 GWh in the like period of 2018.
