April 28 (SeeNews) - The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Federation said it has named Goran Kraljevic as interim general director of telecommunications company JP Hrvatske Telekomunikacije (HT Mostar) [SAJ:HTKMR].
Kraljevic will serve as general director until a procedure for the selection of a new director is completed, for a period no longer than one year, the government of the Federation said in a statement on Thursday.
Previously, Vilim Primorac held the position of general director of HT Mostar.
The government of Bosnia's Federation entity owns 50.1% of HT Mostar, Croatian telecommunications operator Hrvatski Telekom (HT) holds a 39.1% stake and Croatian postal operator Hrvatske Poste owns 5.23%. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders, bourse data showed on April 24.
HT Mostar is the smallest of three telecommunications companies operating in Bosnia, which is made up of two autonomous entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic. The other two Bosnian telecoms are BH Telecom, which is active in the Federation, and Telekom Srpske which operates in the Serb Republic.
HT Mostar's shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on April 7, closing flat at 3.7 marka ($2.1/1.9 euro).
