January 31 (SeeNews) - The industrial sales of Bosnia's Federation adjusted for working days fell 1.6% year-on-year in 2019, the entity's statistical office said on Friday.
In December alone, the Federation's industrial sales decreased by 6.7% year-on-year, the Federation's statistical office said in a statement.
Industrial sales on the non-domestic market fell 16.6% on the year in December, while sales on the domestic market rose 5.3%.
Sales of intermediate goods decreased by 10.1% on the year, whereas sales of non-durable consumer goods fell 3.4% and sales of durable goods increased by 9.5%.
Sales of capital goods dropped by 13.4% year-on-year in December, while sales of energy decreased by 6.6%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the Federation's industrial sales fell 0.9% in December.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia. The Serb Republic is the other entity.
