SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), April 29 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation generated 9,918 gigawatt hours of electricity in 2013, while consumption in the entity totalled 8,463 GWh, 6.0% below plan, its government said.
Consumption of natural gas fell 8.6% on the year to 182.2 million cubic metres, the Federation government said in a statement on Monday.
The Federation produced over 6.2 million tonnes of coal last year, including 5.2 million tonnes used by the thermal power plants. Coal exports totalled 152,934 tonnes, said the statement.
The Muslim-Croat Federation is one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
