SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 20 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation said on Thursday it awarded concession for the construction of 13.3 megawatts (MW) Janjici hydro power plant (HPP) to state-run power utility Elektroprivreda BiH (EPBiH).
A one-off fee is set at 1.57 million marka ($1.1 million/802,740 euro), which is 2.27% of the total value of the investment, the Muslim-Croat Federation's government said in a statement.
The Janjici concessionaire should also pay annual concession fees in amount equal to 2.43% of the total annual income from the sale of electricity from the plant.
The Muslim-Croat Federation is one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
