November 29 (SeeNews) - The tax administration of Bosnia's Federation said it collected nearly 4.6 billion marka ($2.7 billion/2.4 billion euro) in taxes in the first ten months of 2021, up 7.96% year-on-year.
Personal income tax revenue rose 11.1% to 380.1 million marka, while revenue from other income taxes came in at 317.9 million marka in the January-October period, up 5.9% on the year, the entity's tax administration said in a statement.
Revenue from social contributions rose 5.9% on the year to 3.2 billion marka in the first ten months of 2021 mostly due to higher contributions into the state-run pension funds.
The Federation is one of two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
