SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 12 (SeeNews) – Bosnian power utility Elektroprivreda HZHB [SAJ:JPEMR] said on Monday its net profit fell to 237,441 marka ($149,321.5/121,401.7 euro) in 2017, from 2.4 million marka a year earlier.
The company's operating income decreased 22.9% to 292.5 million marka in 2017, while operating costs dropped 19.5% to 302.6 million marka, it said in a statement.
Elektroprivreda HZHB, the smallest of the three Bosnian state-owned power utilities, is based in the Federation, which together with the Serb Republic forms Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The country's largest power utility is Elektroprivreda BiH, also based in the Federation. Elektroprivreda RS is the power utility of the Serb Republic.
