November 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's state-owned power distribution company Elektrokrajina has launched a tender for the supply of ancillary equipment, to be funded with the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the lender said.
Elektrokrajina has invited sealed tenders from manufacturers and vendors for the supply of ancillary equipment for it business units in Banja Luka and Srbac, the EBRD said in a statement.
The scope of supply includes single-core screened plastic cables, cable terminations, cable joints, ring main units and adapters for cables, cable lugs, PVC cable protectors, corrugated plastic pipes for underground cables, galvanized "U" profile steel, etc.
Тhe contract will commence at the beginning of 2019 and equipment will be delivered to the purchaser's warehouses in batches within 18 months from the contract signing.
The deadline for the submission of bids is January 15, 2019.
Bosnia is made up of two autonomous entities - the Serb Republic and the Federation. Elektrokrajina is based in Banja Luka, the largest city in the Serb Republic.
