October 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnian company Connect People, which imports and distributes non-food products, said on Tuesday it plans to issue 5.8 million marka ($2.9 million/2.97 million euro) worth of fixed-rate 13-year bonds.
The company will offer to investors 58,000 notes at a price of 100 marka each, Connect People said in a filing with the Banja Luka stock exchange.
The debt paper will bear an annual interest rate of 6%, with interest payments due annually.
The subscription period for the securities will start on October 13 and end on November 11. The bond issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed for.
Established in 2007, Connect People mostly imports and distributes greeting cards, gift bags, decorative paper, ceramic products and self-adhesive pictures.
