SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 20 (SeeNews) – The number of construction permits issued in Bosnia in the third quarter of 2018 decreased by 1.9% on the year to 1,107, the statistical office said.
The number of permits issued for buildings fell by 3.2% on the year to 909 in the July-September period, while the number of permits issued for civil engineering works added 4.8% to 198, the statistical office said in a statement on Tuesday.
Out of the total number of permits issued in the third quarter, 902 were for new construction projects, 97 covered extensions, three concerned the reconstruction of dilapidated buildings, four were for the conversion of non-residential space into dwellings, 17 for other conversion works and 84 for other reconstruction works.
