BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 22 (SeeNews) – Bosnian mining company Boksit [BANJ:BOKS-R-A] said it is offering for sale a package of 2,565,597 of its shares carrying the ticker symbol BOKS-L2 for 2 marka ($1.2/1 euro) apiece at an auction on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The auction will be held from May 29 to June 29, with the minimum tick size set at 0.01 marka, the company said in a bourse notice on Monday.
Boksit’s core business is bauxite ore excavation, but the company is also active in the extraction of other minerals, as well as in construction, transport, food processing and tourism.
Boksit's shares ticker symbol BOKS-R-A last traded at 0.631 marka on May 10 on the BLSE, bourse data shows. Their nominal price is 1.0 marka.
