September 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s state-controlled telco BH Telecom [SAJ:BHTS] said it launched a tender for the construction of a modular data centre in Sarajevo.
The selection criterion in the tender is the lowest price offered, BH Telecom said in a notice last week.
Interested parties can submit bids by November 7.
BH Telecom's shares closed flat at 13.3 marka ($7.3/6.8 euro) on the Sarajevo bourse on Tuesday.
BH Telecom is the largest of three telecommunications companies operating in Bosnia, which comprises two autonomous entities, the Federation and the Serb Republic. BH Telecom is based in Bosnia's capital Sarajevo and has its customers mainly in the Federation. The company offers fixed and mobile voice services and Internet access.
The other two Bosnian telcos are HT Mostar, which is active in the Federation, and Telekom Srpske which operates in the Serb Republic.
