September 13 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's BH Line is the new owner of local furniture manufacturer MS&Wood [SAJ:MSWFR], an IKEA supplier, local media reported on Friday.
BH Line has acquired 100% ownership of MS&Wood from Sarajevo-based Unipromet, Biznisinfo.ba news portal reported.
BH Line, which was founded this summer, is owned by Damir Muhic, CEO of Bosnia's Standard Furniture Factory, and Mirza Hurem, a Bosnian businessman, the news portal said.
On Wednesday, news portal eKapija.com reported that all of the shares of MS&Wood were sold on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange's (SASE) over-the-counter market for 5.8 million marka ($3.3 million/3.0 million euro) by Unionpromet, a building materials trader and real estate company. eKapija did not name the buyer.
SASE data showed on Wednesday that 61,290 shares of MS&Wood have changed hands in a single transaction valued at 5.8 million marka. SASE did not name the parties to the deal.
