November 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnian brewer Banjalucka Pivara [BANJ:BLPV] said it plans to sign a 3 million marka ($1.8 million/1.5 million euro) revolving credit contract with the local unit of Italian banking group UniCredit to cover its working capital needs.
Banjalucka Pivara plans to take out a loan with an annual interest rate equal to six-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate (EURIBOR) plus 2.85%, it said in a bourse filing earlier.
The planned loan will have a term of 360 days, without a grace period and with the option for an additional 360 days for repayment.
Banjalucka Pivara's shareholders will vote on the proposed loan agreement at a meeting on November 3.
