September 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian health tourism company ZTC Banja Vrucica [BANJ:BVRU-R-A] said it has decided to purchase the Bistrica hotel located at Jahorina mountain resort.
The company's management board adopted the decision on September 25, ZTC Banja Vrucica said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on Monday.

The decision came after Switzerland-based Batagon International gave up plans for reconstruction of the hotel, business news portal Biznisinfo.ba reported.
In November 2018, Batagon purchased Bistrica hotel located some 30 kilometres southeast of Sarajevo for some 6 million marka ($3.6 million/3.1 million euro).
The hotel has 140 rooms and 4 apartments.
