October 6 (SeeNews) - The state-owned motorway company of Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation, JP Autoceste FBiH, said on Monday that the opening of the Sarajevo Zapad-Tarcin motorway section will take place on October 7.
The new section, part of Corridor Vc, is 20 kilometers long, JP Autoceste FBiH said in a statement on its website.
Corridor Vc links the Hungarian capital Budapest with the Croatian Adriatic port of Ploce via Bosnia.
Construction works were conducted by Turkey's Cengiz Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret, JP Autoceste FBiH said earlier.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
