November 24 (SeeNews) - Bosnian state-owned road company Autoceste FBiH said on Thursday it plans to issue 30 million marka ($16 million/15.3 million euro) worth of fixed-rate three-year notes.
The company will use the raised funds to cover the costs of preparation of project documents, execution of works and consulting services for several infrastructure projects, it said in a statement.
The company will offer to investors 300,000 securities of 100 marka in par value each. The debt paper will carry an annual interest rate of 3.5%, with interest payments to be made semiannually.
The offering will be available for subscription on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange from December 22 to December 28. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
