July 16 (SeeNews) - Bosnian road company Autoceste FBiH has invited candidates to bid for a contract for supervision of construction works on the Tarcin - Ivan tunnel motorway section, part of European transport corridor Vc, it said.
Autoceste FBiH did not provide the estimated value of the contract in the tender notice published on Monday.
It only said that Bosnia is currently in talks with the European Investment Bank on securing financing for the construction of the motorway section from Tarcin to Ivan tunnel, with part of that financing to be used to pay for the consultancy services on the project.
The deadline for submitting bids for construction supervisor is September 2.
The 4.9 km subsection from Tarcin to the entrance of Ivan tunnel includes the 518 metre long Rastelica 1 bridge and the 609 metre long Rastelica 2 bridge.
The estimated value of the works on the Tarcin - Ivan section is 100 million euro ($112.2 million).
The Federation is one of two entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
