November 28 (SeeNews) - Bosnian state-owned road company Autoceste FBiH said on Monday it is inviting investors to subscribe for its new issue of fixed-rate three-year notes planned in the amount of up to 30 million marka ($16 million/15.3 million euro).
The company is offering to investors 300,000 securities of 100 marka in par value each, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
The debt paper bears annual interest of 3.5%, with interest payments to be made semiannually.
The offering will be available for subscription on the SASE from December 22 to December 28. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
The company will use the raised funds to cover the costs of preparation of project documents, execution of works and consulting services for several infrastructure projects, it said in the prospect.
