March 15 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s ASA Banka [SAJ:IKBZ] said on Wednesday that it recorded a net profit of 18.9 million marka ($10.2 million/9.7 million euro) in 2022, significantly higher compared with 6.7 million marka booked the previous year.
Net interest income soared to 22.7 million marka in 2022 from 12.6 million marka in 2021, while net fees and commission income increased to 15.7 million marka from 8.4 million marka, ASA Banka said in a financial statement filed with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
ASA Banka's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on Tuesday, when they closed 0.41% lower at 96 marka.
ASA Banka is part of ASA Group, which comprises companies active in banking, consulting, leasing, marketing and other financial services.
