February 13 (SeeNews) - Bosnian diversified group AS Holding said on Monday it has increased its stake in local dairy producer Zim dd Zenica [SAJ:ZIMZR] to 89.0544% from 51.8655% following a buyout bid.
Zim shareholders holding among themselves 103,763 shares, representing a 37.1889% stake, accepted AS Holding's offer, the holding said in a bourse filing.

AS Holding offered to pay 8 marka ($4.4/4.1 euro) per each Zim share in the buyout bid launched in late December.
Zim's shares last traded on the SASE on December 14, closing 2.22% lower at 8.8 marka.
