August 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s competition authority said it has given the green light to Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A], also known as Mtel, to acquire its local peer Telrad Net d.o.o.
The anti-trust regulator decided on August 2 to allow the concentration on the retail market for fixed telephony, mobile telephony, Internet services, and radio and TV programmes in Bosnia, which will arise once Mtel acquires Telrad Net, the Competition Council said in a statement last week.
